The science behind our Diatom Panel
Diatom Panel is a new generation of natural environmentally-friendly interior decoration materials. It is extruded at one time under high temperature and high pressure with diatomite, shell powder, jade powder, polymer materials and other inorganic mineral materials.
Diatomite is non-toxic and odorless. It can absorb decompose harmful substances such as free formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, and alcohol in the air.It can be widely be used in office furniture, hospitals, schools, ships and vehicles, seaside moisture-proof facilities,sterile rooms, interior decoration, etc.
INTRODUCTION TO OUR CHIEF SCIENTIST
Lu Anhuai, is a professor at the School of Earth and Space Sciences at Peking University, director of the Materials and Environmental Mineralogy Research Center, and director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Mineral Environment Function at Peking University. He has served as the chief scientist of major scientific frontier fields of China's key research and development plan (973 plan) twice, and is currently the chief scientist of China's key research and development plan. Elected President of the International Mineralogical Association (IMA) (since 2020), Fellow of the Mineralogical Society of America (Fellow).
