Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is reviewed or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced or shipped out.

 

Returns

If it is because we do not produce according to the customer's design gerber file or remarks, or the production quality does not meet the customer's requirements for advance remarks, we accept returns or refunds,and then customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It takes 4-7 business days to deliver the packages into the hands

of our customers.

6. Hongkong Post/China Post/CDEK/OCS

Hongkong Post is a good solution for customers who either do not have a tight schedule for the YIKU samples or need to save on the shipping.

It normally takes 15-30 business days to deliver the package.
